w3m is a free software/open source text-based web browser. It has support for tables, frames, SSL connections, color and inline images on suitable terminals. Generally, it renders pages in a form as true to their original layout as possible. The name "w3m" stands for "WWW o miru (WWWを見る)", which is Japanese for "to see the WWW". In Emacsw3m is also used by the Emacs text editor via the w3m.el Emacs Lisp module. This module gives fast browsing of web pages inside of Emacs. However, rendering of web pages isn't done in Emacs Lisp; only final display is handled in Emacs Lisp with the rendering done by the w3m application. There is a native web-browser in Emacs, called Emacs/W3, which does both rendering and display computation entirely in Emacs Lisp, but w3m.el is much faster. Q. Ok. I opened a map, who someone else have made, "TheLordOfTheRings Maul 1.1". Then i made some other stuffs on the map, like changed on stuffs to make it better. Then i saved it and shuts down world editor. Later the same day i wanted to make more things on the map, but when i ttriedto open the map in the world editor, it just comes up an error, "Unable to load file 'C:\Programfiles..." I also saw that C\Programfiles\Warcraft III\Maps\Download\TheLord OfTheRings Maul 1.2.w3x is an w3x file. But all the other maps, are w3m files. People use 3rd party programs to protect their maps from being edited, this keeps people from messing up (or improving) existing maps and thus making 1000 different versions. This is why the program errors out on you and shuts down. It is a shame, I don't believe in editing peoples work but when I like to know how to do something it is nice to read their codes. The difference in the file exension is w3m is the origional warcraft RoC and w3x is warcraft expansion TFT. So you can't play w3x maps without the expension.
